Update: April 26, 2023 Still not happy with the chapter13 services I am receiving from this Law firm! I heard from Terri, she is leaving the firm and a 3rd person is taking over my case. Smdh. Still no updates on the status of my case, returns calls, or emails, and if they do its never in a timely. It's almost like a puppy mill. I called to check on the status of my confirmation hearing, and no one has returned an email or a call to date, meanwhile I am continuing to forkout money to the Trustee and have no idea if the chapter13 case will even be confirmed or not. I would not recommend Vanhorn and will be glad when I no longer have to deal with them. I am thinking about discontinuing and finding another firm to take over this case

I have had the pleasure of being a client of the Van Horn Law Group. they are very helpful and knowledgeable about bankruptcy and made me feel comfortable dealing with this overwhleming situation. Would not recommend. They basically stole $600 to do a student loan analysis. What was done? No idea. They have these unprofessional paralegals call you non stop to request the same information you provided to them each time. Two months later when I realized no work was even done I called for a refund. I was then connected to an attorney who clearly never looked at my file Without even having a clear picture or understanding of my case, he offered options. Both of which were not an option for me. Highly disappointed!

I have so far had an amazing experience. Everyone was so prompt and helpful. They took time to explain everything. And they move so fast... They are helping me resolve a very heavy burden I have been carying with me for a very long time.
