Marcus did phone evaluation with me concerning a foreclosure problem. He took over one hour of his time and with that info I was able to determine my next steps in dealing with this problem. He was very clear in his statement and took time to answer my questions. I came away confident in my decision to eliminate my situation. I CAN GIVE 5 STARS FOR HIM WITHOUT QUESTION.
