I called him to ask him a question immediately he started asking if I’m ready to pay if I’m not he’s not able to help me. I just wanted to ask some questions before I got started. This is one of the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with on the phone. He did not let me finish. He kept interrupting me. I told him he’s not even letting me speak. He’s not letting me ask questions. I think I’m entitled to know before I pay someone for service
