Phillip Menditto is the best attorney by far, he will do what he says and even more. I was nervous about my charges and Phil assured me on my first visit that if I hired him I wasn't going to get jail time or probation. My case was only a month away and not only did he do what he said, I didn't even have to appear. His Assistant Yesi is always available, nice and quick to get answers for you and/or getting to Phil when you need him. The rates are affordable and he will work with you on a payment plan if needed. Phillip was really good with explaining everything in detail. You can tell he really cares about his clients. He is there for you and not about the money. He has many years of experience and it shows. I would highly suggest using him as a defense attorney!

Phil Menditto is one of the best criminal attorneys in the State of Florida. He is extremely intelligent, and also a really nice guy. He has a great personality, which helps him to connect with the Jury in the Courtroom. As a result, Phil has gotten some remarkable results in his cases, both in trial and in plea deals. Phil has a great reputation in the legal community, and is respected by other attorneys and Judges alike. It helps when Phil appears in front of a Judge who likes and respects him, which they all do. Phil also handles personal injury cases (we often co-counsel cases), and does a great job on those cases as well. He is just as proficient in his personal injury cases as he is in his criminal cases. I cannot give a higher recommendation than I am giving for Phil. If I had a family member or friend arrested, I wouldn't hesitate to give the referral to Phil.
