First time ever hiring an attorney and I couldn't be more pleased with choosing Philip Menditto! He's absolutely amazing at what he does, very effiecient and got the charges dropped quicker than I ever anticipated. Not to mention his secretary Yesi is the most helpful and sweetest person ever! I have just finished working with Phillip and his fantastic assistant Yesenia on a case involving my two sons. He helped them through a very trying case that could have deeply impacted their futures and now at this point he accomplished exactly what he said he could do and I am extremely happy with his services. Attorney Phillip and his secretary, Yessenia are the ultimate BEST! Hands down. He's efficient, professional, quick(assuming the case is an easy one..like mine); and Yessenia is great with staying on top of you with updates and making sure the process runs smoothly. My case was simple. There wasn't much need for face-to-face contact, most of everything was done via email or phone call. Which I could appreciate, being that my schedule can get in the way. I'm still in shock at how quick he operates, and of course, my charges were dropped. Phillip is a confident in his work and I would refer him to anyone.

He's the worst attorney, he don't fight for you, the only thing he doing its put his mom to call you to remain you make a payment. he charge me 5Gs for DUI in at the end i got dui 8 month probation, lock my vehicle etc.
