Let me just start off by saying Phillip menditto is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what he does I was in a situation that was lingering over my head since 2017 that I was afraid to approach on my own I was introduced to Phillip and he reassured me that everything would be handled and I would have the best outcome with out doing any jail time and he did just that! Recently I came into a seriously messed up situation. My wife was given an involuntary ride downtown by the BSO and things were happening so quickly that my head was spinning in a million directions. I had discussed available options with multiple attorneys and was feeling completely defeated. The retainer fees were ranging anywhere from crazy to insane in order to have someone represent her at her first appearance which was approaching in less than 12 hours. Then, I reached out to Phillip. He offered to represent her for less than half of what the other attorneys that I had spoken with did! Then he actually set up a reasonable payment option to boot. He absolutely came through in the clutch, worked his magic the following morning, and then topped it off by managing to get the prosecutors office to decline the charges all together.
