Even though my case was small, I felt that Mr Garcia payed attention to the details and followed up both with the court and with the counterpart´s lawyer. Michael took on a very difficult case for us. He had no previous experience with our type of construction litigation but he quickly became an expert and did his homework. By the time the trial came around he was fully prepared and I felt that even if we lost the case Michael had done everything in his power to help me. Recently I met with Mr. Garcia to discuss an issue I was having with my roofing company to discuss their not honoring their ten year warranty relative to a roof leak at my residence. In a short time he was able to clearly explain to me the concerns I had in trying to resolve my issue against the company I had issue with.
