I used Gerstein & Gerstein Immigration Attorneys to file my family-based green card application with USCIS. Mr. Gerstein and his Senior Paralegal, Sebastian Szczepanski, were fantastic. They responded to all emails prompty, provided me with a wealth of information, and made the application process very straightforward. I submitted my I-130, I-485, and I-765 through Mr. Gerstein and Sebastian, and they helped me to respond to an RFE in a timely manner.
