William was kind enough to set up a same day appointment for my husband and I. Once we met with him, we knew we had to hire him to represent my husband. We couldn't be more satisfied with William and his teams service. They were extremely responsive and always transparent. My wife and I first approached his office in November of 2019, by referral from an employee for whom his office was handling a specialty employee visa. Yet, my wife was just approved for her green card on February 1, 2021, a mere 14-1/2 months later. --That's including a 5+ month hiatus of the USCIS due to covid! We felt regarded and attended to by Mr. Gerstein and all the members of his team from day 1. We were regularly updated and informed, even during the dark days of the corona info blackout.
