We have interviewed five different immigration attorneys before we chose Mr William Gerstein and his team. We were assigned to Mr Edsel Machado Guerrero. He was very knowledgeable, professional and he always very promptly answered all of our questions. Communication was excellent, we were constantly updated on the status of our application. Would highly recommend to anyone going through an injustice in the workplace. The Gerstein & Gerstein team are so very easy to work with. My husband and I explained my immigration situation (he being my spousal sponsor) during the free consultation and Mr.Gerstein explained in detail how his group would handle the process and the timeline involved. All this before we even hired him as our attorney. Very different to other local Broward firms that demanded a flat fee before answering any questions at all. The Gerstein team made the process as painless as possible answering promptly any questions/concerns that we may have had. His estimate of 8 months before I received my Green Card was incorrect.
