Antes de elegir el abogado que hiciera el proceso más importante de mi familia visitamos a unos cuantos. El precio era algo decisivo pero también la agilidad del proceso. Otros eran quizás algo más económicos pero en el caso de william nos llamo la atención la precisión que demuestran tener con la gestión de los formularios. Ellos tienes un software que valida que ningún espacio se vaya en blanco y además alimenta los distintos formatos con la misma información lo que minimiza la posibilidad de que se vayan errores humanos que atrasan los trámites. Gracias a Dios hoy después de casi un año de estar en manos de ellos puedo decir que fue la mejor decisión. Ya tengo mi green card y mis hijos ya están en el trámite de obtenerla. Si me lees y estás buscando un abogado eficiente, esta es la mejor opción. Si estás buscando precio recuerda que muchas veces lo barato sale caro. El tiempo perdido no lo puedes comprar. If I could select ZERO stars, I would. I cannot believe this man, Elliot, passed the state bar. The 15 minutes spent in his office were met with a man who is disheveled, late, condescending, unprofessional...Like WHOA. He missed a status conference with a judge for another client while we were in his office. I know this bc the judge's chamber called to remind him. He then proceeded to dial in, in front of us, to conduct the call. I could share client sensitive information about this case since Elliot had no problem with us hearing everything, but I wont. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

When I came back to this country after living in CR for 5 years I started looking for a lawyer to help me process immigration paper for my wife. Macarena from Gerstein send me a message asking if I needed assistance. Back in 2019. And that’s when the whole process started. She was with me the whole way. Even when I had my doubts on the process she reassured me that she will do her best and her best she did. My wife arrived yesterday hassle free. Very efficient and professional. The office staff communicates well and keep you updated with every step in the process. My husband and I hired the Gerstein law firm to handle his adjustment of status and green card application. From the very beginning, they were so good about answering questions and providing information. Not having gone through any immigration process before, we asked them many questions throughout the process and they always answered them the same day via email. We had contact with everyone in the office at one point or another and throughout they were friendly, professional, and thoughtful. In the end we were successful in our application in no small part due to the expertise of this Firm. We would highly recommend them for any immigration issue and considering the high level of service, they were very reasonably priced.
