Settle my case in 8 months and seek legal fees payment from my Ex for $30K. Judgment was granted. For 8 years I was involved in a long and drawn out custody battle with my EX. Feeling hopeless and desperate I decided to hire a lawyer. My first lawyer took my money and filed paper work with the court that misrepresented my case. Fear of losing custody of my daughter, I told everyone who would listen and a friend recommended Sharma. By the end of the 30 minutes consultation I felt a little hopeful, as Diksha pulled up my case during the call and discussed her approach as to how best to represent me. During the proceedings from March 2020 to October 2020, she fought for me, when I could not fight. I had given up, felt downtrodden and was willing to accept whatever judgement was handed down by the Judge. Diksha won my case!!!! The Judge did not change the current 50/50 parenting plan and granted Diksha request for my ex to pay my $30,000 legal fees. The outcome of the case far supersede my expectations. I would have been happy with her representation of my case, she fought as if it as a criminal case. When I could not fight for myself she fought for me. I gave up and she came in and carried me thru the process until I was able to see the light and fight for myself. THANK YOU!!!. You rock at FAMILY LAW and words can’t express the good you have done.
