I recently had the good fortune being represented by Mr Pena in a matter of great importance to my family and I. To say I'm pleased with his work would be a gross understatement. Victor was extremely easy to deal with and did not pressure us in any direction. I had asked Victor for a consultation on a LTD policy buyout offer from my insurance company. Since he only spoken to me on our initial call and my wife had some questions he offered to do a second call with her as well in advance of us deciding whether to engage his representation. He was able to get us a slightly higher offer, but at no time pressured us to either accept or decline the offer. He presented what the insurance company had to say, what our options were, and if the insurance company might negotiate more. I would say one of the best things about Victor is that he is easy to work with and does not pressure you.

Mr. Pena was a consumate professional as were all of his employees. They did a great job in representing my depreciation of value case on my automobile. Could not be more pleased with the way I was treated and the outcome of the case.
