I was referred to Roy Foxall by a very close friend. I would recommend Roy for his knowledge and experience in his field. During my divorce he was very kind and compassionate at some very difficult times. Jeanna and Kayla were very understanding and helpful whenever I contacted the office. I am very thankful for what Roy has done for me and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Single mother, seeking custody (I did get it) but Roy was always rude, abrupt, and dismissive of my concerns. His office was rude as well. He also "reviewed" my file a lot. It was outrageous. Seek help elsewhere.

Not only would I recommend Roy, I have recommended Roy to various business associates! First and foremost, Roy Foxall is interested in finding a solution to the issue at-hand; NOT padding his bill. While compromise is generally his first inclination, he has absolutely no trepidation about vigorously pursuing litigation if that is what the situation demands. I have worked with a great number of attorneys over the past 30+ years in business and Roy's skills are unparalleled.

I'm in the medical field and was referred to Roy b/c of his reputation. My case lasted a year and involved complex issues of custody, alimony, and business valuation. My contact w/ Roy or his office was almost on a daily basis and I was completely satisfied w/ the outcome, his services, and his staff.

I was a client of Mr. Foxall. I did not like his overall service: Poor communicator, short, ambiguous, nonresponsive eplies to questions. He failed to properly get important evidence in the proper format for court and thus it was objected to and substained by the court. He failed to depose key witnesses at the request of the client, then failed to put them on a witness list for court, again, they were objected to and the court agreed not to permit their testimony. This led to loosing the case and a necessary rehearing. These mistakes are among the reasons I did not like his service.

No one ever wants to hire an attorney, but when you do you want to hire someone that treats you like a person, not just another file number. Roy Foxall was great from start to finish. I got right in for my consultation. He advised me how we should proceed. Most importantly, he took the time to listen. He didn’t rush me in and out like other attorneys I have met with. He is aggressive when he needs to be. He was very knowledgeable about the subject. He took my case personal and was by my side every step of the way. I am truly grateful for his work on my case and his efforts in resolving this difficult case. I will definitely refer him family and friends that need legal help.
