I was having a lot of difficulty getting my insurance company to cover the damages from hurricane Ian. After months and months of trying to work with them, I finally contacted Raymond. Raymond was absolutely amazing and he worked closely with me to make sure that my damage was assessed properly. And somehow, after the adjuster came out, Raymond had the case closed with a reasonable settlement within about a week and a half. The check was ready! Now I’m able to fix my home and feel secure again. Raymond was always available to talk by phone, even on weekends if I had questions. Raymond was absolutely incredible and he was diligent about his job and making sure that I was compensated fairly. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend anyone to work with this firm, and ask for Raymond!!

After having no success on our own to settle a claim for damages to our home post Hurricane Ian, we called attorney John Edwards at the recommendation of a neighbor. Six months after the storm when my public adjuster failed to get a fair resolution of my Ian claim, I contacted Mr. Marc Krispinsky from K&P. Marc was extremely helpful and worked out a satisfactory settlement with in couple of weeks. Lesson learned, if I ever have to go thru this again I will skip the Public Adjuster and call Mr. Krispinsky right away.

We had a really good experience with John Edwards who handled our roof claim. He kept us up to date and actually returned our calls plus he was able to obtain a satisfactory result that covered all but the insurance deductible.
