After Ian, my insurance company was not in agreement with several professional roofing companies on the fact I needed a new roof.
I was introduced to K&P and specifically Marc Krispinsky.
In about a month I had the full amount to pay for my roof!

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to John and his team for the work that he did on my insurance claim. John was very helpful from day one and would even answer my phone calls and or texts personally. It is a shame how some insurance companies treat their clients after a natural disaster and I am so thankful that John was there to intervene when they basically did not want to help. I appreciate all the hard work he did on my claim.

Marc Krispinsky out of the Ft. Myers office represented my wife and I on our claim following Hurricane Ian. Marc done a phenomenal job with this claim. He communicated fully about every transaction between his firm and the insurance company as well with being fully transparent on everything. Not once did this firm or attorney Marc make my wife or I feel uncomfortable with choosing them to represent us. I highly recommend Marc to anyone. My name is Terrence Mr O'BRIAN was the worse experience for hiring a lawyer that I ever went through it's like he stereo typed and judge me from the jump when I denied the offer of probation he got highly upset and gave me my money back instead of fighting for me a new plea it's like he wanted me CONVICTED listen I would NEVER recommend no African American to hire him for representation on my dead brothers soul
