Needing to hire a legal counselor can be extremely stressful, but Rita Jackman made the entire process seem effortless. Rita's constant communications, attentiveness and reassurance were priceless to us. Her staff was efficient and so helpful with the numerous questions that we had during the process. We recommend anyone needing legal counsel to use Rita Jackman and her staff, as we cannot thank them enough!

I recently needed legal assistance after my brother passed away in his home in the Cape Coral, Florida area.I was his only relative and I reside in Michigan. Fortunately, I was given the name of Powell, Jackman, Stevens & Ricciardi, P.A. I dealt with attorney Ricciardi and his paralegal Beth Mikovits. They guided me through many legal situations with care, empathy and professionalism. I am thankful for them everyday as I could not have gotten through these legal situations without their guidance. When our father passed we were overcome with emotion. The idea of going through probate was daunting to say the least. What An Awesome Law Firm...I highly recommened Rita Jackman, she was my lawyer in a motor vehicle accident and was more then top notch. She went out of her way weekly to make sure I was updated about my case and how I was doing. She went above and beyond the call of duty and was a pleasure to work with.
