Hanuka is a great lawyer he helped me out tremendously with me case. Also he is very reasonably priced. I also really liked the secretary Gisel she was very nice and helpful. Just a over all great experience.

Stay away from this practice, they will take your money and give you the highest hopes for your case, after you pay you never see the lawyer again, the only person that will show their face is the receptionist/secretary who’s job is only to entertain and mis-inform to their convenience, they put minimum effort into cases and procrastinate to then take the easiest offer from the Prosecutor to get rid of you and go on to the next victim, after almost 9 months of pure saliva and B.S I had to hire another attorney. If I could give this office and their representative -5 stars I would.

In a Lee county school district case where my kid was part of a bad taste joke in school, there was no mercy or objectivity from the school's administrators in fact they quickly formed a blanket narrative and decided on the absolute worst punishment available. After consulting with many attorneys I came across attorney Aaron O'Brien I felt he was meticulously attentive and was very inquisitive on every little detail and that started on the first phone call. He was very knowledgeable on the process and I felt he was sensitive to my kids best interest. We won the case on appeal and my kid was reestablished back into the school. I would without a doubt refer Mr. O'Brien to anyone that finds themselves in need.
