I have had the honor of having Dan Hanuka as my lawyer once before an was amazed by his knowledge of the law an got my case dropped in spectual fashion in the court room

Our child was arrested at school for something he didn't do. After many months of continued arraignments, we learned our son is not going to be formally charged with a crime. Aaron spent a considerable amount of time behind the scenes presenting exculpatory evidence about our case to the state attorney's office. We did have the opportunity to watch Aaron in court regarding an ancillary hearing about our son and he demonstrated himself to be a masterful litigator and quick on his feet. It was a long and drawn-out few months but we are elated at the outcome. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who finds themself on the other side of the law.
