Dan Hanuka had been my attorney twice, once to help my son and once my wife. Both times he has done a excellent job. Anytime I have a problem, I will always call him.

We have needed the services of Mr O'Brien three times and each time we have had a positive outcome he gets the results you want and he is always willing to get back in the ring and fight for you. You are an excellent hands with him and his staff is amazing. I would highly recommend him to represent you for just about anything.

Had a particularly bad speeding ticket and didn't want to place my trust in a ticket-clinic mill type place. Hired Dan for a very affordable rate and the case was dismissed! I 100% recommend Dan and his assistant Gizelle as they're both extremely helpful and professional.

Good lawyer's

5 or 6 years I found myself in an unfortunate situation when I was falsely accused of DUI after being pulled over by the FHP. After meeting a couple lawyers and not being satisfied I was recommended Mr. O’Brien. Aaron was honest, straight-forward, aggressive and very receptive to my wants and needs. I felt like he cared about me as a person and he fought hard for me and didn’t capitulate to the courts. There was only one outcome I wanted and he vowed to make that happen. He fought for me and didn’t stop fighting for me and when he called me to tell me the courts dropped my case I could honestly say he was more excited than I was! I never once felt like he wouldn’t get the job done and I’m telling EVERYONE who finds themselves in an unfortunate situation, this is THE MAN to call.
