Worst law firm I've ever experienced. if you want somebody that's going to lie to you and when you tell him to do something in your case far as filing a motion or anything.he will tell you he's going to but never will. He's a very fast slick talker he will sell you a dream just to get your money. Once he do everything he said change I fired him tried getting my money back for not doing anything i asked of him. been on my case for only a few months went to only 1 court date i got 5k back out of 15k so i lost 10k he's a big scammer good luck is all i got to say if you want alot of time go to joe. can't believe he still have his license. Will be filing a complaint with the Florida bar as well. Going to joe was the biggest mistake i've ever made.And his secretaries are in on the scam

Joe Viacava is the absolute worst lawyer I ever encountered. I know for a fact he let me take fault for charges he could have easily beaten as it was a false search and seizure. The charges have ruined my life and Joe did nothing to defend me when I had a GREAT defense since the warrant they came to serve was not in my name. However my house was in my name and they didn’t have a warrant to search the house. He played on my ignorance at the time and let me go down on some serious charges. I will continue to post proof of how he completely threw me under the bus on every social platform I can. Hopefully I will make it to the testimonials page of their website for some accuracy!!
