Melissa Sherman is a very arrogant person. Melissa will take your money and quit if you ask too many questions about your defense. The reviews are fake. I would advise clients to do research and go with another lawyer.

Melissa is an excellent attorney. She over heard my conversation to the judge during my granddaughters first appearance. We had a family emergency that led to my granddaughter missing court. The judge ordered my granddaughter to be held with no bond until her next court date which he set out 30 days from the first appearance. We were devastated and were unable to get any guidance from her attorney at that time who never even took the time to speak with my granddaughter, nor did he show up for her court date. Melissa and I spoke for about an hour and she not only answered every question I had, but she showed compassion and sympathized to our situation. I hired her for my granddaughter right then and there. This was on a Friday. She worked tirelessly over a holiday weekend and within 7 days of being retained she was able to get my granddaughter out of jail and complete her case with an offer from the prosecutor that exceeded our expectations.
