Came out to Florida for vacation, got accused of street racing. Which is a criminal violation, and got the case dismissed. Definitely going to keep Michael in my books! Gave me the best price and kept it real.

I wish there was a way to give 10 stars! I would never hire another attorney other than Michael Raheb! He is worth EVERY penny! He wastes no time and tells it like it is. If you didn’t think a no BS attorney existed, he does and his name is Michael Raheb. He is incredibly responsive no matter what time it is or what day of the week it is. You even get his cell number. I can tell you that I’ve spent double the retainer with other attorneys who didn’t do anything and didn’t even return phone calls. So, I just want to start by saying that my Attorney Melissa Barris was not a bad lawyer at all and actually did a pretty good job when it came to handling my case. I had no problem with this law firm until after my case was over and I was attempting to receive my invoice. I called in 2 times over the course of a month trying to get my final invoice. When I was told I would receive it in a week or so both times I never received it or any update as to why it had not been sent. I called a 3rd time to address the issue, I was not mad or angry about it, just trying to get the final information so I knew if I owed anything or was owed anything back. When I called Michael Raheb picked up the phone. As I briefly explained to him that I had called twice and not received it he began interrogating me about what exact dates and times I called to request this. While Michael continued to argue with me I found one phone call in my log but the older logs where no longer in my phone. Instead of offering to follow up on the invoice I was instead told, and I quote “I will consider everything you said to me is a lie until I talk to my people and I will get back to you”. Additionally, I was told that “We aren’t rated 5 stars on google for no reason (4.6 is not 5) but whatever. I waited for weeks to hear back and still nothing. I then got a hold of my lawyer Melissa and she apologized for forgetting to send them, which was totally fine, but when I asked to speak to Mr. Raheb personally since he never reached back out I was denied to speak to him. I called several times and was given a multitude of excuses as to why he could not talk to me and that it was Melissa’s problem to deal with essentially. I’ve never felt so disrespected, what a coward to tell me I’m a liar and then dodge my calls when you find out your wrong. I then received my invoice and found I was charged for all the calls inquiring about my invoice including the disrespectful one from Mr. Raheb. When I asked them about it they said well there are many other instances we could’ve charged you when we didn’t. I will never use this law firm again. It’s a shame that one cowardly irrational person can ruin my whole perspective on the experience I had.

Michael Raheb bar none, is the attorney you need and want in your corner. The moment I walked into his office and spoke to him about my case, he laid everything out, he has no time for sugar coating anything which was what I needed to hear. I received news today for all criminal charges being dropped. This has been quite a tumultuous case that he and his team undertook. I was updated constantly, and he made the right moves for the results I needed. Do NOT be dissuaded by how outspoken he is and according to some reviews, "how loud and boisterous he seems". His expertise and excellence in analyzing my case and planning everything was just what I needed, and I can now sleep peacefully because of his work. I can now get back to what is important, my family, my business and looking forward to the future with my amazing little daughter. Michael Raheb, you are the Man! My gratitude cannot be summed up into words, but by the life I lead moving forward.

Where should I start? This man is AWESOME! I received a speeding ticket that involved a mandatory court appearance. I was cited for driving 44 miles over the speed limit! I knew I was doomed and my license would be severely impacted. Attorney Raheb personally answered all my phone calls (even on the weekend). He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. This man is incredible. The number of charges i had against me were enough to make my life miserable for years. With the help of Mr. Raheb, I nearly made it out without a scratch and I couldn't be happier!
