This attorney displayed some irratic, unprofessional behavior. Presumed I was guilty, without requiring proof and changed my plea without my knowledge or permission. It was just a speeding ticket and I guess the outcome was okay but no one should have to deal with a lawyer with such a ends justifies the means attitude. I can only say I would never want this guy handling any matter of great significance. If you're considering hiring him , do your homework and check Florida Bar disinplnary records.

Oh Dear He seemed very aggressive and rude while answering my questions. He didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. Maybe he wasn’t experienced in that specific subject.

I CONTACTED THIS LAW FIRM AND WAS MET WITH A VERY NICE PLEASANT LADY WHOM INTRODUCED HERSELF THAN ASKED ME TO TELL HER ABOUT MY SITUATION. I SIMPLY STARTED INFORMING HER OF THE SITUATION AND ABOUT 2 MINUTES INTO THE CONVERSATION IT SOUND LIKE MAYBE SHE WAS IN TRAINING FOR ANOTHER PARTY CAME IN ON THE PHONE VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE TELLING ME SHE ISN'T A ATTORNEY SO BEFORE YOU FINISH YOUR SPILL SHE 'S WHAT EVER, FOR I WAS TAKEN BACK AND ASKED HIM WHY WAS HE TALKING TO BE SO HARSH AND RUDE. I ASKED HIM PLEASE TELL ME THIS ISN'T HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO CALLED IN FOR HELP. FURTHERMORE WHY ARE YOU TALKING TO ME THIS WAY? HE WOULDN'T REPLY TO THIS SO I STARTED INFORMING HIM HOW SHE DIDN'T STATE SHE WAS AN ATTORNEY ALL BUT ASKED WHAT I WAS CALLING FOR. THIS PERSON THE MAN ATTORNEY OR NOT SEEMED TO BE ANGRY AND UPSET HOWEVER THE POSITION HE TOOK SIMPLY BECAUSE I WAS INFORMING HER OF THE CASE DIDN'T WARRANT HIM TO GO INTO ME FOR NO REASON. THAN HE STATED THIS CASE IS'N T IN FLORIDA AND I HAD TO CORRECT HIM BY STATING SEE , YOU AREN'T EVEN LISTENING FOR I TOLD HER IT WAS IN FLORIDA AND BEING CONDUCTED IN LEE COUNTY. WITH THAT, FOR I'M A HUMAN I GAVE HIM THE RIOT ACT IN WHICH HE DESERVED. I WOULD NOT EVER CALL THIS OFFICE AGAIN NOR FOR HIS ATTITUDE ONE WOULD THINK HE'S A CRACK HEAD AND DESPERATE FOR ANY CLIENT TO CALL IN SO HE CAN GET A QUICK FIX. I'D HATE TO BE HIS EMPLOYEE FOR SURE HE HAS CONTROL ISSUES AND IS IMPATIENT LIKE MOST ADDICTS ARE WHEN THEY'RE ACTING OUT FOR THE LACK OF THEIR DRUG OF CHOICE. IF YOU'RE TREATED LIKE THIS ON A SIMPLE PHONE CALL I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN HE'S IN YOUR PRESENCE. HE NEED TO USE THIS AGGRESSION DURING LITIGATION IN PROTECTING THE PEOPLE HE REPRESENTS. FROM MY EXPERIENCE ONLY GREEDY, DESPERATE CROOKS ACT THIS WAY. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

This attorney is the most unprofessional attorney in swfl. do not waste your money with him . Very rude. Doesn’t know how to handle himself professionally. Save yourself

Mr. Raheb and his staff were very professional in handling my traffic matter. They kept in constant communication, took the time to understand what my desired outcome was, and clearly advised me of my options and their consequences. Mr. Raheb then went to court and had adjudication withheld for my matter, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I would not hesitate to use him again or to refer him to someone I know.
