Good i love you all

This Law Firm was outstanding with getting me my medical treatment and taking care of of the whole process that needed to be done for me to get my claim in a timely fashion! My lawyer Whitney Byrd and her assistant Melissa Lopez were super awesome. They really cared about getting me the justice that I deserved. Melissa was very thorough and precise with getting all the information they needed for my worker’s comp lawsuit. Because my job really treated me wrong when I injured myself at work. My lawyer Whitney Byrd fought very hard and didn’t let the lawyers representing my job get away with what they did to me. My lawyer and her assistant explained the whole process to about how worker’s compensation goes because I’ve never been through this before. They answered very question I had and if I needed to speak with them they answered all my calls. Which made me feel good because it showed me that I had a lawyer who cares about her clients. I’m extremely happy with the service my lawyer and her assistant gave me. I would recommend everyone to call Farah & Farah when you have a worker’s compensation issue. Especially when your injured on the job and your job doesn’t care about your injury, still try to force you to work with your injury just so they don’t have to pay you and not take the proper precautions. If you are ever faced with something like this or worse. Call Farah & Farah they are there to help you, fight for you, represent you in a positive way and will get you the justice you so rightfully deserve. I will call them again if I’m ever faced with another worker’s compensation issue. Thank you so much for everything

The Customer Service person that answered was pleasant but very rehearse. They don't handle the type of case we had but referred our call to another attorney. It took them over a week to call. They also didn't handle our type of case. I feel like we wasted time. Don't know what the experience would have been if we had a case in their realm.

Was told.one thing during first consultation as well as intake . I talked to some one higher and it was taken care of in some way but not to my expectations. Make sure BEFORE you actually contract them that they provide you with all information in writting and confirm with them how the payment for treatment goes.
