Firstly, I would like to thank Farrah and Farrah, Case Manager Philip DeLeon, and Attorney Tyler Dupuy for the great service provided in handling our automobile accident case.  They were very professional, informative, and stayed on top of everything concerning the case.  They were consistent with keeping up to date with developments within the case and keeping me abreast of those updates.  I would recommend this company and the above mentioned names to anyone.  While on vacation from North Carolina to Florida, a family’s worse nightmare occurred.  An automobile accident put a stop to a planned vacation.  However, we were blessed that no lives were lost.  On Sunday after the accident, Farrah and Farrah took our case and attained all the information needed to begin processing.  With the above names working diligently on our case, all parties were satisfied from the hard work of Farrah and Farrah.

In September of 2019, my family and I were driving from out of state to visit the Holy Land in Orlando, Florida.  Upon arriving in Jacksonville, we had an accident on the Dames Point Bridge, where we were rushed to the hospital.  Our car was totaled and we had no transportation to get home.  I was distraught and in severe pain due to my broken foot. I prayed on what needed to be done next since we were so far away from home and knew no one in the state.  When the hospital discharged us to the hotel, upon informing the driver about our situation, he recommended Farrah and Farrah.  I thanked him and the next morning, on a Sunday, I called the office of Farrah and Farrah and immediately talked with an agent.  I was so impressed that they were so quick to gather majority of the information and respond.  My information was taken that day and they said they would get in touch with me.  I informed them that I needed someone from the state of Florida to help handle my case.  It was a weight lifted off my shoulders when I was able to return home and concentrate on healing and my multiple therapy sessions.  I want to thank Attorney Tyler Dupuy and especially, the case manager Philip DeLeon. I cannot express my gratitude for these two and the company of Farrah and Farrah because I did not have to concentrate on the case but was allowed to concentrate on my healing and trying to get back to work.  I want to thank this company from the bottom of my heart and I believe God led me into the path to work with Farrah and Farrah.  They are professional, courteous, and extremely empathetic to your situation.  It has been a pleasure working with them and I wish them all the best. -Angela D.
