Very professional, nice honest, received settlement in a timely matter

A year ago I was in an accident and I was genuinely terrified to get a lawyer cause I didn’t know if it was the right way to go. After praying and someone giving me advice I took it and called Farah and Farah. Genuinely the best decision I have made they took my case and my team was with Whitney, Melissa, and Brittany they made me feel safe and they kept me in the loop every step of the way even when I didn’t understand certain things they didn’t make me feel incompetent for not understanding they laid it out simple and clean. They made me realize getting a legal team isn’t as scary as I thought. I would recommend them any day to anyone who doesn’t know where to even begin because they are highly professional and they worked hard at making sure I got exactly what I needed. Horrible with communication. After two years I was able to get my payment against workers comp, which is likely more on the insurance company, but throughout the whole process communication with my lawyer and her team was lacking. Barely given updates, didn't give me contact information (Google had the wrong number), never responded to my emails after the first year, and horrible with keeping appointments. One phone appointment THEY missed, I emailed to inquire about rescheduling after I didn't hear from them WEEKS later, and still nothing after a month. The only time I had an appointment where I felt heard was when we were discussing money and giving a review at the end, every other time was rushed and I felt like they couldn't care less. I sent documents of support for my case, and have requested twice they return the documents as per the letter requesting them in the first place, but I haven't even received an email or letter acknowledging my request. They also lost those same documents when I sent them the first time (luckily they found them). I get they are likely busy, but some sense of organization and communication is expected. Would not recommend... Two stars for getting the case processed.
