My experience with Team Tyler Dupuy was professional and positive. Each team member consistently prioritized my physical and mental health throughout the process. Mr. Dupuy gave me clear explanations of the process and procedure so I would know what to expect. Mr. Dupuy was up-front with possible actions from others involved in my case. The team members were respectful of my availability for phone calls and conferences. The end result was more that I was hoping for!

Farah & Farah helped me with a workman’s compensation case after my hand was injured on the job, I was assigned Whitney Bird as my attorney and I communicated primarily with her assistant Melissa. They did the best they could to get me the compensation I deserved while working around Florida’s employer-favoring system and I appreciate the care & compassion they showed for my situation. They listened to my concerns and did the best they could to explain the process in laymen’s terms for me. My only complaint would be that communication was not always prompt and there were a few questions about things I received in the mail from the insurance company that were not answered. Since the case has been settled I assume these things were nothing to worry about, however it would have been nice to receive a response. Overall I had a positive experience with Farah & Farah and would probably recommend them if asked.
