Celeste was courteous professional articulate with her words. She took her time and was very intentional in providing empathy. Celeste presented via telephone as very patient well informed and deliberate in her professional mannerisms. This is my first time contacting a law firm I was extremely nervous and uncertain, however, Celeste put my nervousness at ease with her pleasant tone and the pace of her speech. I am so thankful that Celeste answered my call and received my information. If I had my own company I would definitely hire her and ask her to train the rest of my staff. The receptionist was very nice but my attorney that was assigned went on vacation for 2 weeks just to come back and have his assistant text me 4 weeks after signing that he was dropping my case cause I had no chance. This place does not have your best interest and only wants easy layups. Don’t be fooled by the commercials or billboards cause this Nashville Tn Location never responded or keep me in the loop. After 4 weeks of trying to get advice after I did everything they asked with reports and insurance. (had me do their job) I get a Text saying sorry my attorney has dropped me. It ended up being a blessing in the long run cause I found DIERDRA WILLIAMS(Rockstar and she will go to war and also answer every call plus walk you through every step)with John Foy & Associates . Mrs. Williams Did Win my case and now my family is Blessed. You wanna be treated like a person call John Foy And Associates and ask for Dierdra Williams. If you want to run around and never get a response or feel like you’re on your own go with these Peanut M&M’s. ✌️
