Wasted my time!

Very friendly and helpful

Lead me to believe that I had a case until the end she told me that they couldn't help me!!!

i really don't think she understood anything i was talking about

I needed help but no one understands

I feel like the lady who I talked to after no one called me back (after I was hung up on) didn’t listen. She specifically told me I provided TOO MUCH information and to summarize it for her. That doesn’t feel like you guys care at all. Law suits are in the details, I would think, and I feel like a detailed account of what happened is MUCH different than a 10,000 foot overview. Very disappointed in you

Many tv ads stating they can take any case but my son whom sue to baby formula has autism he didn’t meet their criteria to take his case!! False adversiting!

I see the commercials on TV all day everyday. NO CASE TOO SMALL I trip on broken concrete but because o don't have any broken bones you won't take my case.. he took all of my information to put me on hold them say no.

Couldnt understand him a total waste of time!!!

I had given him a full explanation of what had happened to me and my story after he had asked, so i told him the FULL story of everything that happened to me, and then he asked questions that were to see what happened to me or asked questions as far as what all happened after i had just gone into the full and entire story, so it seemed as though he didnt pay attention to EVERYTHING i had just said. I had given very important details he didnt ask further questions about those when i got diagnosed or anything and didnt ask any further questions towards anything i had said. He seemed to have only understood and heard 2 major things and not the full majority of the major things i had said. Didnt ask me to repeat them so he could take notes, didnt tell me if he was taking notes or even bothered to try to read everything back to me to make sure he had heard everything in its entirety correctly.

Morgan and Morgan uses a call center to front their clients. I did not feel comfortable sharing my information with a call center who knew very little about the law.
