Robert helped me in a great time of need with making sure my loved one was taken care of properly. He is straightforward and knowledgeable. Never did I feel like my case was unimportant or not a priority to him. He made a great effort to reassure me and explain in detail everything that I needed. My sister recently found herself in some trouble and in need of a Criminal Defense Attorney. I’m up in NJ and do not know any lawyers in the state of Florida. I started a google search and Robert Foley’s name kept coming up. After reading a little bit about him, I called his office. Within a few minutes he had my sister’s case pulled up and gave me all the possible scenarios. I felt so at ease with Mr. Foley that I retained him immediately without consulting with anyone else. I expected it to take 4-6 weeks at best and over a few months if the case went to trial. Mr. Foley told me to remain calm and he would begin working on it the next day since it was already past 4:00 that day (Monday). A mere 4 days later the case was dismissed. Mr. Foley convinced the State’s Attorney that there was no case. The State’s Attorney conceded and dropped the charges. I couldn’t believe it.... 4 days!!! I hope I never need a Criminal Defense Attorney again, but if I do, Robert Foley is my guy!
