I called Attorney Foley on Sunday evening about 7:30 pm after getting out of jail for a DUI. He called me right away after leaving a message. This was my 3rd DUI. He went right to work getting me an extension on my driver's license. I was looking at 364 days in jail. He was able to plea out and not spend any jail time. Bob Foley was amazing from day 1. Upfront and honest about possible outcomes of my case. After reviewing my case he gave me a retainer fee which was beyond reasonable. However I am a single mother of 2 and needed time to come up with the full amount. Mr foley asked me to instead pay half and the rest in payments. Which was doable . From there he stayed in communication with me when necessary with case details. In the end the state dropped my charges and I’m a very happy woman !

2020 Bob was absolutely fabulous. He was able to get a great deal for my son, twice. He constantly kept me informed and told me the facts not some wishful thinking out of reach goal.
