No contact at all No idea what is happening with my case

Nothing happened. We signed up and nothing.

I am part of a class action lawsuit, so far I have yet to be notified that I am needed for anything. I'm confident that when that happens I will be taken care of properly.

I asked for help from Morgan and Morgan with my VA disability and they told me they wouldn’t help, because they would not get enough money in return from helping me. They basically said, they don’t “help the people,” unless the people make them money. Then I asked for help again with my social security disability and this time they said they would help, because they knew they would make money off of me. Well, they sure did make money off of me and they did absolutely nothing to help me. My actual attorney never even reached out to me. I tried calling they once and never received a call back, not until I sent an email and still took them awhile. They sent me a package of paperwork trying to explain what was going on, but the funny thing is, that I already received all the information I needed from the person I was working with from social security office. Also, the package that Morgan and Morgan sent me, was about a month late and almost all the information in that packet was useless. Morgan and Morgan sent a package with generic information in it. Not any information relating to my case personally. The package was probably sent to everyone and 85% of the package didn’t relate to what they needed to hear. Everyone turned out in my favor with social security and Morgan and Morgan did nothing to help me get there. I talked directly to a person at social security and did what they asked and got all the information they needed myself. At the end of it all, Morgan and Morgan sent me another package with generic information in it again and didn’t even have the correct terminology in it that related to my case. Get this, after getting a couple thousands of dollars from me, the ly sent that last package to me with nothing related to my case again, and also charged me $2 for printing off the package. Having Morgan and Morgan help me was a waste of time. Twice they didn’t help me and the second time, they made money off of “the people” and did nothing to deserve it. Them getting money from me for doing absolutely nothing and then asking me to pay them more, that made me furious to know that they would do that to a disabled veteran. The biggest thing that got me, was getting paperwork from them and nothing in it was related to me or my case. It was like they had no idea whom they were actually helping. All they were worried about, was making money. They are not all about “helping the people.” I wish I would have never asked them for help.
