In the beginning using the app was great uploading the documents, yet I was not able to communicate with them much. It was hard getting in touch with the team and updates were infrequent.
They are very professional and it seems like they have a great systems in place yet the communication is lacking. When I did hear from them they are able to answer all of my questions and they tell me what the next steps will be or what they are working on next.
