I like how the intake Jeanne truly listened and cared! The lawyer however made me feel like it was all about the bottom dollar instead of any concern for my disabled wife who truly suffered because of that companies neglegence. But, if it's not gonna be the big bucks settlement, then who cares, .... Right?
