He did not even know who Carnival Cruiseline was. What a waste of my time. I need a firm that knows Maritime law, and negligence. Our contract states they would provide medical services at a charge, and we were still unable to get served. Leaving me in a medical emergency. I will not be calling Morgan and Morgan again. Not only did I receive calls at all hours of the day and night, then the person I spoke with did not even understand what I was saying. Other companies discuss what happened with you and make you feel human, not your company.
