I’ve tried to hire these attorneys several times now. They only took one case after a major hurricane did damage to my roof and property. They knew it was easy cash and Morgan ended up being paid 11,000 dollars for it. I received less than that myself for the repairs. The other case I tried to hire them for they wouldn’t take. I had to go win with another attorney. Now I call them for a probate case that the items were stolen from a mentally disabled woman who is on ssi and needs help to have her items returned to her. Of course not enough money and not a big enough case for this place. Morgan is a scam company you will do all the work and they will get paid. If your a person who doesn’t have a ton of money this company has no interest in the little people or helpless like they claim. It’s all false claims. Find a better attorney that will actually be there for you and not use you to gain more money for their massive company. For the people……what a joke. If this was Morgan’s family who lost everything from an outsider stealing their items it would have been a major lawsuit. Big company big pockets for themselves.

Es lo peor q me a pasado yo tuve la estupides por asi decirlo de contactar al departamento de abogados "HISPANOS" y nada gane solo perdi 10 meses de mi valioso tiempo y nunca nunca me vi con ningun abogado hispano y por culpa de ellos perdi mi caso la señora iris quiñones fue la peor de todas las asistentes q me tocaron no les crean busquen otro bufet de abogados Morgan end Morgan es solo el nombre, son un fraude si tienen algun caso con ellos busquen inmediatamente otros abogados no pierdan su tiempo pues se van a quedar con sus lesiones de por vida y ellos no aran nada por ustedes lean los comentarios y se daran cuenta son que UN FRAUDE

DO NOT USE MORGAN & MORGAN!!! THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE. This is my second review, they asked me to remove my original under "pledge" they would do better. TO KEEP THINGS BRIEF! THEY DIDN’T. All around, awful communication. I am currently on my 3rd lawyer at Morgan & Morgan. My case was not moving forward and I received no response, every time I called the office. I also felt as though I had been assigned a lawyer and then they were leaving the firm or transferring services. I was told that "after my operation" the remainder of the process would be fluid and "quick". It was everything but that! I continued to try to receive an update from them, They also asked me to send them the same documents on several occasions because they "could not locate them." My lawyer still hasn’t responded to me why certain information was being subpoenaed but that’s a whole other story. I could talk about that horrific experience indefinitely, but I will not do it as part of the review. I will leave you with this. We settled the case which was obviously going to happen from the start. The other party was clearly at fault and admitted. (They wouldn’t of accepted if they didn’t think they could win) After this horrible experience, they still manage to outdo themselves. They kept telling me their fee was 33% on several occasions they mentioned this. Until the final paperwork came in for the check suddenly, it was 40%! They wanted 40% after their TERRIBLE service!
