Months and nothing was ever done requested I get my own medical records. Think they are to big more than likely to many clients. Sent an email asking them to release me with a letter that they are no longer representing me. I received a letter stating after reviewing my case they decided to not take it on.

They originally took my slip & fall case in January & made it seem like I had a great case. They mentioned numerous times that it was normal to not hear from them for several months as litigation/case work is usually slow. Fast forward to April, I received a call from the paralegal assigned to my case, Alicia Smith. When I tried to return her voicemail, she never returned my calls. In August the party I was suing called me directly to ask if Morgan & Morgan was still representing me. They said they haven’t been able to get through to Alicia or anyone else in the office since April/May. I felt embarrassed & didn’t know what to say. I told them I would try to call her. I did get through to an office assistant & after 2 more calls I got an email saying my case was closed- no explanation why. For the past 9 months, I thought Morgan & Morgan and their team had been working on my case, when it had actually been closed. After sending that email to me, I haven’t been able to get a call back from the office. The office clearly only cares about big cases, even though they market themselves as a firm that cares about everyone.
