Several years ago, I was referred to the Deluttri Law Group by a friend of mine… I had a legal matter to take care of… And I never regretted my decision for choosing them. They have stuck with me through thick and thin… Good times and bad… And were more professional and patient than I could’ve ever imagined a law firm could be. I never felt like just a client… every email and interaction was personal. Ashley Baker/Griffith… has handled my case with such professionalism and was so painfully thorough on every single task… I don’t even know what words to use to express my gratitude. She never gave up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself. I know in their eyes, they were just doing their job. In my eyes, the law firm and Ashley went above and beyond in every aspect. I am forever grateful and appreciative for all that she/they did. I highly recommend the law firm, and if you’re lucky enough to get Ashley on your side, you will be well taken care of.

I had been battling with the idea of filing for bankruptcy for about 2 years, but was ashamed to do so. After covid began and I lost my job, I realized that it was finally the time to investigate the process. I researched and interviewed a few bankruptcy attorneys, via telephone, and was not impressed with their attitudes. I reached out to the Dellutri Law Group, and met with David Lampley in their office. I much prefer face to face meetings. I was warmly greeted by Nicholas, shown into the meeting room, and offered a beverage. One of my choices was Green Mountain Dark Magic coffee ☕, my favorite! David walked me through the process, explaining Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, the fees, my responsibilities, etc., making sure I understood each step. He gave me his card, and, amid covid, a handshake. By the time I got home, I knew I would be calling to hire the Dellutri Law Group the next day; that I had, indeed, made the right decision. My point of contact was Nicholas Paul, LUCKY ME! I don't believe I can speak highly enough about Nicholas and his excellent, kind, pleasant, humorous (get my drift?) services. He answered my questions, courteously listened to some of the drama in my life, and "talked me off the ledge" a couple of times, even a 5:45am text! I had another in office appointment to sign the final documents, and I was able to get a wonderful hug from Nicholas, before he handed my case off to Ronnie Fedorczyk for further action. While I didn't have direct contact with Ronnie, she made sure I had all of the information I needed to continue towards the filing of my case. Mr. Dellutri called me twice during this process, which I never expected, to ease my anxiety and ensure me that he would be there to help me thru the rest of the steps. I felt very assured that I was in excellent hands! The 341 meeting went very smoothly, praise God. Mr. Dellutri called me later that afternoon to check on me. Needless to say, I was very relieved that it was over. We still have about a month to go before the finalization of my case. I'm sure that I'll be well cared for as I've been through the process to-date. Thank you, Mr. Dellutri, David Lampley, Nicholas Paul, and Ronnie Fedorczyk for your professionalism and kindness 😀. You've made my crazy world a better place!

Back in 2020 I found out that I had lost a car accident case that would leave me with a massive amount of medical debt and credit card debt. Additionally I was in the middle of preparing to relocate for work and sell our house. I was facing depression and stress with no light at the end of the tunnel. I contact The Dellutri Law Group among many other local firms. I quickly received a call back from Casey Byrus and we set up an appointment. We met with David Lampley to discuss my situation and options. We were pleased with David's plan but I still reached out to other firms to get their opinions. I met with two other firms where I was told that I could not file Chapter 7 and that Chapter 13 would be my only option as well as the one attorney not wanting to touch my case since I was moving out of state. I did not just want to go with Dellutri because its what I wanted to hear, I wanted to make the best and most logical choice. My wife and I had another meeting with David to re-discuss what the other lawyers told us and he reassured us that we could file Chapter 7 and be fine (Side Note: My theory on the other lawyers pushing people into Chapter 13 is that they receive a set payment by the court for 3-5-7 years while you are on a payment plan to repay debts so its in their best interest to push Chapter 13. Its set profit for them). We decided to go with Dellutri and it was the best decision we made. Casey was always there to help and showed us support the entire way. I was able to file alone without including my wife and we were able to sell our home, keep the profits and settle with repurchasing some of our assets back in the end. I highly recommend them to anyone that might be in a similar situation and are feeling trapped.
