My Pappa told me to always qualify myself in a professional introduction so to speak, so here goes. I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree with three accompanying majors. A street degree from Detroit and hard knocks degree from Life itself. I studied Law in college so I could understand our legal terminology. I am an educator and business man. White whiskers speak for my experience. In past years I have had occasion to meet with different attorneys for consultation regarding different areas of Law. I was referred to Mr. Dellutri by an attorney who I knew and trusted very much. My questions were based in real estate and was amazed to learn Dellutris’ Law Group is a bankruptcy and personal injury attorney law group. However, I quickly learned Dellutris’ Law Group KNOWS LAW! Very close to the whole shebang because they answered my real estate questions in 10 minutes. He excused himself from our meeting and quickly returned with a few papers and announced an answer saving me over a hundred thousand dollars. Questions NOT answered by a previous, prestigious real estate law firm charging me $350.00 for a few minutes of their time. Wow. I was grateful. I asked what his fee was and he said “No fee, keep us in mind.” Now, a year later from this first meeting I had another question about real estate. I just happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by Dellutris, Law Group office to make an appointment. Their law office is well appointed and reception is very proficient. Just wanted an appointment and she said hold on a minute please. A minute later Mr. Dellutri introduced himself and ushered me to their conference room. Mr. Dellutri is a good listener, friendly and unpretentious. I asked my question, he excused himself, quickly returned with a few papers and answered my question. Again saving me a lot of money. Then, we had a very nice conversation for a while. I thanked him and asked his fee for answering my question. He said, “No fee today, keep us in mind.” On my way out I was given a nice brochure and Mr. Dellutri thanked me for my visit. Imagine my surprise when I looked at Dellutris’ Law Group brochure and read how they have 5 offices across Florida. I feel extremely fortunate having been referred to Dellutris’ Law Group. Reasons for writing this is my referral to you to let you know Dillutris’ Law Group brings new definition to the word professionalism. Way, way over the top.

Very attentive and supportive to all there clients needs

Thankfully I haven't had the need for a personal injury lawyer personally but after meeting Amanda Downing over the last year there isn't another personal injury lawyer I would ever go to. I've witnessed her attention to detail and the care for her clients which many lawyers lack. Highly recommend this law firm and especially Amanda!

Very professional and very friendly

I ran into financial difficulties with a partnered business that left me in a major bind when I was referred to The Dellutri Law Group. After explaining my situation to David Fineman, I chose to proceed with a Chap13 protecting my house and other assets and entering a 5 yr program to discharge a significant amount of debt that my prior business created. Ashley Baker was assigned to my case and treated me wit respect and kindness throughout this 5 Year program. Not one time throughout this process did I have to wait/wonder/or get discouraged due to Ashley taking control and keeping me informed every step of the way. After being discharged from the program I had a follow up with my attorney Mr. David Fineman and I thoroughly thanked him for his help resolving my situation. My experience with Dellutri Law Group, PA was outstanding! My attorney, Joseph LoTempio, Esq., was excellent from start to a successful finish. He is very professional and always responsive. If I had a question or a legal statement I did not understand, he was very good at explaining in layman's terms. I felt at ease knowing Mr. LoTempio was fighting my case and won! The day my husband died, I went to the bank and told my banker that my husband had just died today He had a client in his office, he asked me to return in one hour, which I did. He advised me to go straight to Dellutri Law Group immediately, do not go home, it's important that you do it right away. I understood how serious it was, and I followed his instructions. I met Attorney David Lampley, he was very nice to me. I liked him, he was pleasant, I could easily talk to him. I just gave him and overview of what was happening, my husband just died that day. He understood and wanted me to come back with my financial papers. I also had my brother with me. I had an appointment but David Lampley was tied up with an earlier appointment. Attorney Carmen Dellutri realized that David was tied up, so he came in to start the meeting. My brother and I were very impressed with Carmen and knew we were in good hands. David then joined us. Between the two of them we could see they were a good team, then Ronnie Fedorczyk came into the meeting and she, David and Carmen were an amazing team.They were pleasant, polite, caring individuals. I would never have been in this position if my husband was alive. But you never know what life deal’s you. David Lampley was my attorney and we went to court. My brother Ray watched David and said to me, do you notice that the other attorney's don't seem to have the rapport that David has with the judge - yes, I see it too. I had a very easy time with the judge because, David laid out everything for the judge. And conclusions were in my favor. If I had any problems or concerns the team would always take the time to talk to me and reassure me about my concerns. I could not have picked a better team then the Dellutri Law Firm.
