Bankruptcy is a hard thing to go through. I am very pleased that I found the Dellutri Law Group and decided to use their services. From the beginning I knew I made the right choice when Mr. Dellutri himself spoke to me and thoroughly explained the process and answered my questions. The staff is excellent and helped me along the way with anything I needed. I was more than pleased with the final outcome of my case and would not hesitate to recommend the Dellutri Law Group to any of my friends or family. When your entire financial situation is on the line, you need someone you can trust, and I am very happy that I found this firm.

I usually do not find companies worth writing reviews. However, the Dellutri Law Group out of Fort Meyers is by far an exception. With some health issues my work became impossible to continue and with Covid-19 grinding my secondary income to a halt, bankruptcy became the only option remaining. From the moment I called the Dellutri Law Group they were professional and worked clearly to help me understand what was going to happen and belay the stigmas and horrible myths of bankruptcy. Ms Lauren, did an outstanding job with care and professionalism helping me through all the paperwork and supporting documents to get the filing done. After filing, my case was turned over to Ms Ronnie, who I think could write a book on bankruptcies, she answered every question promptly, clearly, and in a way, I could easily understand, all the while continuing step by step to move my case through the steps until discharge. Although I only needed to talk with the attorney, Mr. Fineman, a couple times during those months, he did not sound like attorney and just talked to me like a person and very thorough. All in All, I highly recommend this Law group for their services. Myths about lawyers do not apply to Dellutri, if you need help, they can help you and do a great, caring, and thorough job doing so. At the beginning of 2020, I had consulted with the Dellutri Law Group about a legal matter. I met with David Lampley. He presented my options, explained the process, what to expect, both the pros and cons. I decided to retain them and start the process. The legal assistants and Mr Lampley made the process very simple. Everyone was extremely organized, detailed, and helpful from start to finish. Plus I enjoy the informative news articles mailed out each month.

Carmen, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me. It was a hard decision when I first decided to file for bankruptcy. It was something that I thought about for a long time before I moved forward. I have always been one that if I ran up the debt then I must pay the debt. I tried hard to live up to that my whole life. However, some things were just out of my control. With that being said, I felt very comfortable and at ease when I was dealing with everyone in your office throughout the whole process. I was so excited when it was all said and done. I was finally able to breathe again and knew that this was a new beginning. Then several months after my bankruptcy was finalized and I thought this whole ordeal was behind me, I had a creditor (an attorney no less) contact me asking for payment or he was sending me to collections. I was horrified. I thought, what I did do? I thought I was protected by my bankruptcy. I was unable to sleep. I was so worried that I was going to start getting phone calls from creditors looking for money or I was going to collections all over again. My anxiety was through the roof. I immediately contacted your office asking for advice. I wasn’t sure what to do since my bankruptcy had been finalized for a while. You immediately called me back and told me that no matter how much time passes you take care of your clients. I was so relieved and could feel the anxiety subside. You then went after the creditor who tried to force me to pay something that was already written off in my bankruptcy. You and your team are amazing and take care of your clients. I am so glad that I chose your company to represent me. You guys are the best.

I hit hard some hard times and I knew bankruptcy would be just about my only option. So I red the reviews on here and thought why not. From the very first phone call till my 341 meeting I have nothing but support. They have went above and beyond what I expected. I didn’t have the money upfront but they worked with me till I was able to go ahead with the bankruptcy. They checked on me from time to time to see if I was doing ok. Everyone in the office is so nice and professional. Lauren helped me a lot and was there every step till it was time for the 341 meeting. I talked with several people along the way and each made sure I was comfortable and upstanding the whole process of going through this. I would absolutely recommend them if you are having to go through it. Carmen Dellutri was with me during my 341 meeting and shortly after called to check on me.
