If you're looking for an attorney that will beat your case on a technicality then MOVE ON. However, if you're looking for someone who will get you a plea deal then Scott or Lance will do that. Be forewarned that if you have any priors then don't waste your money with these guys. They will take your money and shoot you a line of BS and then they will retract the BS once your court day nears and blame it on your priors.

I highly recommend Scott Moorey as a defense attorney. I have worked with lots of attorneys over the last 15 years, and he is top notch. He is extremely personable and genuinely cares about his clients. He is by far the best Defense Attorney in all Lee County, Fort Meyers, and surrounding counties. We hired him after interviewing about 20 attorneys, searching extensively and looking at reviews of Drug offense attorney. He was easy to communicate with, get a hold of, and went above and beyond to get us an excellent Deal after fighting a minimum mandatory case. The thought of having a game violation on my record had me scared to death. After sitting down with Scott Moorey and having him shoot me straight about how we were going to handle my unique situation. A seemingly impossible situation was taken on by Scott Moorey and his team and they led the charge in my fight and we won! Scott is an absolute miracle worker. My family had never been in any legal trouble, but after an argument with my wife began to escalate, I had called the police to calm things down. Naively, I was expecting Andy Griffith - but instead we got a Storm Trooper. The officer broke my wife's arm in 3 places and arrested her for Battery and Resisting Arrest. Scott got all charges dismissed in 3 days. That's right - in only THREE DAYS! I cannot imagine there is a better defense attorney in this county, or perhaps the state.
