Scott Kuhn is worthy of much more than a 5 star review. He is truly a rare example of what is RIGHT in the world today. I reached out to Mr. Kuhn in a time I was grieving the loss of my mother. The information from the probate which surfaced days after my mother's passing were inaccurate and fraudulent, leaving my siblings and I hopless and desperate. I reached out to Mr. Khun in an email and explained the situation to him. I also explained that I did not have the means to obtain his services, but willing to sign any document he prepared to guarantee his is compensated from the inheritance I would recieve. Mr. Kuhn worked with me for weeks, delegently and until the situation was resolved in a mutually satisfactory manner. He addressed all my concerns promptly, kindly and professionally. His professional expertise is unparalleled. Not once did he bring up his fees or agreed to my offer to compensate him for all his services which were invaluable. At a time when I felt the world was closing in on me. Believing justice is only for those who have the means to buy it. Sad, angry, hurt and hopless, he was like an angel sent to comfort me and reassure me that my concerns are heard and matter. Justice is for everyone. Great experience. No nonsense advice. Right on point

Having previously never had the pleasure or honor to personally meet Scott or his legal team, on a highly endorsed referral, I reached out to him during matters with my Parents. It was during a very difficult time due to their health and was very time sensitive. It was handled out of state as they are in Florida and I'm in Northern Indiana. It's as thou I had worked with them my whole life. Unbelievable service, customer service, all with dignity and integrity. Let's face it, that is not really common today. I can be a tough critic but found no fault with his firm. Fast forward, I appear, unannounced in Florida and had some more legal hurdles in front of me with my Parents estate. I walk into his office, no appointment, it's busy, explain my situation. Within minutes I finally get to meet Scott. We discuss my challenge and it's corrected in a matter of minutes. Who does that? Scott Kuhn does. FYI: The issue had nothing to do with any infractions on his part, it was simply another Challenge that we get faced with. My review is really a recommendation.
