I attended a webinar that David presented yesterday. He seemed to have a solid understanding of the various facets of employment discrimination/harassment. The presentation included many examples of workplace conversations & behavior that were simultaneously appalling and hilarious. Felt like an HR version of COPS! Bad boys, bad boys... Would definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone informed on employment law.
