I've listened to Mr. Miklas speak at several HR conferences. He's very well-versed in employment law and recent cases and is a dynamic speaker. As an HR Director, I rely on updates from attorneys and Mr. Miklas always has the most up-to-date information as well as a "real" approach with suggestions on how to handle these types of situations.

Our company used David Miklas for Supervisor and Management training on Sexual Harassment, FMLA, ADA, and WC. He geared the training off of our policies, gave insights and figures on how these can become a liability for our organization, and made us more aware of what to look for. I attended one of David's presentations regarding particulars of Title VII, ADA & FMLA. As a CPA working in private industry, I was surprised by current case law and the additional duty imposed on a business in this political climate. David imparts a wealth of knowledge in one jam-packed hour with enthusiasm and candor.
