I called several law offices in Gainesville and none of them were as welcoming, accommodating, and comforting in my situation like Edwards & Jones. My initial impression was so good that I chose them over the 3 other firms I had called. Brandon Watson, the paralegal who answered my initial call, treated me with kindness and patience, despite my millions of questions and calls. He was so reliable when it came to calling me back, sending me emails, and giving me information. There is no one else I would rather have by my side in legal matters than this team. Customer service and care is MORE THAN 5 STARS for Edwards and Jones!

Chris Jones was amazing working for me, he got a very serious charge down to a misdemeanor possession charge for me. It was a great outcome, but what really stands out in my mind is that he helped me with many issues along the way, my case was complicated. Issues such as getting my probation transferred, getting me a temporary travel pass, and many more. I just called him for advice on a new out of state issue a few months later and he helped me out as always, thanks for everything Chris, I mean it!! He is the best in that area, if you are facing a tough situation, let Chris work for you!
