Back in March of 2019, I found myself in need of legal council and representation. I contacted The Law Office of Edwards & Jones based on the reputation of the firm and their presence in the local community. I cannot be more pleased with the legal services, advice, and customer experience that I have received. My first contact was by telephone with Michelle Haddock. I found Michelle to be very confident and professional, but also very pleasant and reassuring. Within a matter of minutes from my telephone call with Michelle, I received a call from Christopher Jones, Esq. Chris was on his way to court, so I truly appreciated the fact that he took a moment to reach out to me and have a preliminary discussion of my situation. Communication with the firm, Mr. Jones and Mrs. Haddock, has been excellent. I believe that they have reached out to me, in an effort to keep me informed and up-to-date, more that I have had need to call on them. Mr. Jones was very willing to work with my schedule and time-frame and the Edward & Jones team worked very diligently to reach a resolution that was satisfactory to all parties concerned. We hired Christopher right from the yellow pages and I still cannot believe how fortunate we were to find him! My son was living in Gainesville and attending the local college. He ended up getting himself into legal trouble and was facing very complicated charges including a Felony charge. Mr. Jones worked tirelessly to defend him and the results were nothing short of a miracle. He personally took my sons case to the highest possible level to get the charges reduced and he kept fighting until he accomplished this. He literally saved my son from having a felony conviction that would have haunted him for life. I cannot say enough good things about this attorney.
