I am an out of State father in Arkansas and have been dealing with a complicated former spouse, trying to get the time that I was court ordered to have with our son. I tried multiple times to modify paperwork and go before the courts on my own with still no major luck and still was losing time with out son because of the games that my ex continued to play and the way she chose on her own to interpret the court ordered papers. I reached out to Betsy and Haslett law in desperation and for help and 3 months later this situation is pretty much rapped up, I am going to see my son in 2 weeks for the Summer and got all of my make up time back plus all plane tickets and escorts fees paid this year. Elizabeth is the BOMB! I hired her after another attorney was making all the wrong moves in my child custody case in duval county. Mrs Haslett was on point always took time to talk with me even at 1030 at night (special circumstance) but was there when needed. She had a quick and appropriate response to everything the judge asked ultimately getting me FULL CUSTODY of my son! This took place 2 years ago and I'm still thanking her daily.
