I currently have a situation with a lease agreement. I was stressed for the past couple of weeks, not knowing what to do. I met with Mr. Guzman for a consultation. I walked in stressed out and very upset. By the time I left our meeting I was relieved and happy to know I have rights and that my lease agreement that I was told is not valid any longer ( by the new landlord) due to the sale of the commercial property where I lease is in fact legal and binding.

I just met with with Attorney Luis Guzman this morning and I beyond ecstatic! I have been stressed and losing sleep for 2 weeks over a commercial lease agreement. Luis read all of the documents, explained everything to me in full detail, informed me of all of my options and put me at ease in a short period of time. I wish I met with him sooner...the minimal investment for the initial consultation is worth every penny for peace of mind! I highly recommend Attorney Luis R. Guzman
