Left $3,750 off the advance copy of the closing statement. When the entry showed up without notice at closing, attorney said "there was confusion" when creating the advance copy. The closing version had the $3,750 improperly categorized on Seller's closing statement, resulting in risk of unfavorable tax treatment for Seller. Attorney refused to correct it, saying they can only do "whatever the lender asks." It seems this attorney represents the lender to the improper detriment of the client.

Absolutely horrible experience. Week from my court date I'm told won't represent me, thanks a lot!!! Don't make offers stating you will represent me and set an amount than call me back when I have the money agreed upon and say you need more. Take your business elsewhere!!
